So I was checking out who was monitoring chat via QuestionPoint, and lo and behold, Jan Dawson is monitoring the national queues from a public library in Montana. I deduce that it is not, in fact, you, but a different librarian sharing your name. Anyway … just thought you might want to know that you have an alterego librarian in Montana who also appears to enjoy virtual reference (or is, perhaps, forced to do it).
